Prototyping
SNAM Prototyping delivers end-to-end prototyping solutions for casting
and pattern development from its facility in India. The process begins
with 3D modelling from 2D drawings, including draft, parting line,
under-cut and core extraction analysis. Tooling is produced using
traditional carpentry, CNC machining and 3D printing for patterns and
core boxes. With an in-house foundry for trial castings and
high-precision dimensional inspection using a 7-axis FARO ARM scanner,
SNAM Prototyping ensures faster, accurate and validated solutions.
